In this edition of Take Me Away Tuesdays, we will advise u on what you should wear to the gym. When the weather changes, people become more comfortable in their homes. Comfort usually leads to becoming less active, and thus weight gain. Weight gain is an inevitable thing in life, as we all grow every single day. One of the ways to prevent unwanted weight gain is to eat healthy and exercise.┬áSince exercising is becoming increasingly popular, and is now viewed as a hobby instead of a “chore”, one should be aware of what is and isn’t appropriate to wear to the gym.

The first suggestion is wearing something moveable and comfortable. The worst thing is being uncomfortable as you begin to work out, because you will begin to loose interest.

The second advice regarding what should be worn to the gym, is something that gives you coverage. Women should be certain they wear the correct bra, to avoid spillage or any unwanted accidents.

The third suggestion is actually an extension of our second piece of advice. Women should wear some form of pants to the gym. In particular women should make sure shorts, sweats or some sort of active wear with pant legs are worn. This will show other people attending the same gym, that you respect the space as a common area and more importantly yourself. We are in no way telling our readers to be completely covered up, as that can lead to exhaustion and dehydration, but instead be appropriate.
